Standard Growth Chamber
SGC 120

The SGC 120 is a flexible chamber and offers many options for the number of shelves and level of lighting. The shelves can easily be added or removed by the user.
It is extremely accurate and reliable for the control of temperature, light and humidity.
The SGC 120 is available for a variety of applications:

Maximum growing area: 6.8m2
Temperature range with lights: +10°C to +35°C
Temperature Range without lights: -2°C to +40°C
Humidity: 35%rh to 80%rh
Maximum lighting level: 620 µ mol m-2 s-1 @ 150mm below tube @ 25°C
High Specification Growth Chambers
The High Specification Plant Growth Chambers (HGC) are based on a modular design. If research requirements change then the chamber can be adapted to the new situation by exchanging or retrofitting individual modules with high lighting levels up to 1000 µmol m-2 s-1, low temperatures to -10°C, metal halide lighting, different airflow direction and growing height.

They are available in sizes of:

HGC 0714 Growing area 0.7m2
HGC 1014 Growing area 1.0m2
HGC 1514 Growing area 1.5m2

Standard temperature range with lights: +10°C to +45°C
Standard temperature range without lights: +5°C to +45°C
Humidity: 40%rh to 95%rh

As well as 3 chamber sizes, it is possible to modify: light source and intensity, airflow direction, temperature range and internal maximum growing height. This flexible design allows the chambers to be modified for different applications.
Standard Growth Rooms
The New FITOTRON® Standard Modular concept offers unsurpassed accuracy and reliability in the control of temperature, humidity and lighting, using state of the art programmer technology and energy efficient lighting systems which offer unequalled reliability and durability. This sustainable design offers the end user a cost effective solution.
Users can choose the size of room that suits their requirements, with choices of single or double sided areas, 1,2 or 3 tiers high, and 1,2 or 3 light banks deep.
Standard Growth Rooms are available with growth area sizes from 1.4m2 to 24.5m2, and are available with lighting up to 500 µmol m-2s-1 plus full humidity control.
Multi-tier Cultivation Rooms
MCR’s can be assembled and fully operational within a short space of time, making them the ideal solution for immediate requirements.
Lighting can be specified by the user, and can be purchased separately. Lighting is delivered as complete, free-standing units which simply plug in. The units contain the growing surface, lighting and air distribution.
Lighting racks are supplied with fluorescent lamps, which can be dimmed
from an intensity of 100% down to 10%.

LED lighting can also be fitted if required.
Users can also add light boxes. Specimens can be grown at different temperature and lighting conditions to the plants grown on the light racks, so users can have different conditions within the same room.
High Specification Growth Rooms
HGR’s are available in 3 sizes:

HGR 4018 Growing area 4m2
HGR 8018 Growing area 8m2
HGR 12018 Growing area 12m2

They can be fitted with separate modules to give high lighting levels of up to
1000 µmol m-2 s-1, and low temperatures to -10°C.
Fluorescent, Metal Halide and UV lighting is available.
HGR’s are constructed from insulated materials meaning that the rooms are sealed vapour-tight. The material ensures excellent heat insulation which contributes to the high stability of climatic conditions and to the reduction of operating costs.
